ORION ESC 45A, 75A & 90A for Electric Skateboards

Developed for dual drive electric skateboards, the ORION ESC is among the most advanced and polished motor controllers available. Designed and engineered entirely by ONSRA for smooth acceleration, strong braking and maximum performance on both belt drive and gear drive electric skateboards.

CONNECTORS:

45A ESC
• Battery Connector: XT60
• Motor Connectors: MT30

75A ESC
• Battery Connector: XT90
• Motor Connectors: MR60

90A ESC
• Battery Connector: XT90
• Motor Connectors: MR60

IMPORTANT

The connectors can technically be soldered and adapted. However, increasing ESC power does NOT automatically increase board performance. The battery and BMS output must also support the higher amperage.

Example:
A BLACK Carve 3 with a 45A BMS can NOT fully support a 75A ESC upgrade. Even with soldered connectors, the system will still be limited by the battery output. The BC3 PRO comes with an upgraded BMS and allows higher output.

COMPATIBILITY

VELAR
• 60A versions can be upgraded to 90A without problems (VELAR 2.0 comes with 90A)
• Newer VELAR versions already ship with the 90A ESC

BLACK Carve 3
• 45A versions can NOT directly upgrade to 75A
• Motor connectors are different (45A and 75A different motor connectors)
• The battery output is also limited unless using the PRO battery/BMS setup

BLACK Carve 1 / BLACK Carve 2
• NOT compatible with Hobbywing remote controllers. Requires the ONSRA NX Remote Controller. Motor connectors must also match your current motor connectors or require soldering/adapters.

Challenger
• All Challenger models can be upgraded to the 45A ESC
• Direct Drive versions may use different motor connectors and could require soldering
• Belt Drive versions should normally use the same connectors, but always check first
